Marcello is an Italian painter, illustrator and designer. He was born in Sassari in the island of Sardinia, where his career as an artist started back in 1976.
He settled in Paris, France in 1990 where he established a textile design studio and produced many prestigious furnishing fabrics collections worldwide.
He moved to Lebanon in 1999, and was responsible for managing the creative output of IKONA Design (advertising agency). He took part in several individual and collective shows in Beirut.
Since 2017, Marcello is based in Barcelona, Spain.
